I am watching which grain company will make or take delivery against the November soybean contract late this week. The Gulf basis has been on fire, and I doubt that any commercial grain company will want to give up ownership of soybeans by delivering against the November contract. They need to get more cash soybeans bought to fill all of the huge export commitments they have made in the last three weeks.
