I am watching weather in South America, where the Super El Nino pattern is keeping it to dry to start planting soybeans in most of central and northern Brazil. Now that it is September 15, farmers there can begin planting anywhere it is fit to plant. Most will wait for a decent 2-3 inch rain before they plant rather than risk having to re-plant if it stays dry.
