Farmers are completing harvest, fall tillage and putting on fertilizer at a record pace. My initial thoughts are that total corn and soybean acreage may be up by as much as 5 million acres in 2021 with a good chance of 4 million acres or more planted soybeans in 2021 than this year. I will be watching for additional new crop 2021 opportunities to sell soybeans and will also watch for a place to begin buying the November 2021 puts.
