Cuts in Argentina

On Thursday, the Buenos Aires grain exchange in Argentina cut projected soybean production to 38 million tons for Argentina this year. That is 10 million ton below the estimate at the beginning of the year. On Wednesday, the Rosario grains exchange cut their soybean production forecast for Argentina to 34.5 million tons. The USDA pegged Argentina at 41 million tons. How many more cuts will we see this crop year?
