On Tuesday, Brazil’s CONAB released their initial production estimates of 166 million metric tons. This is slightly below the USDA estimate of 169 million metric tons. We continue to see Brazilian crop production increase year over year. This number is over 18 million metric tons higher than the estimate a year ago.
