WASDE Report

I’m watching initial yield estimates ahead of the November 14 WASDE report, which will be the first update since September. Early estimates are widely variable. With China back in the market, any reduction in soybean yield would tighten a relatively tight US balance sheet even further. Meanwhile, many traders and analysts question the USDA’s September corn yield number after seeing such variable results throughout harvest.
